Parent Teacher Fellowship
The GRACEPOINT School Parent Teacher Fellowship’s (PTF) mission is to foster community by allowing parent volunteers to serve the teachers and students through many of the school’s projects, valued traditions, and annual events. When parents take time to help with school-wide events or volunteer in the school, they are making an invaluable investment into the students’ lives and helping to make GRACEPOINT School a better place. The objectives of the PTF are as follows:
- Encourage parent involvement through volunteering, parent education, and school community events to foster a closer connection between home and school.
- Support and give back to the school any money raised as a result of income-generating projects throughout the year.
- Organize events that support and foster the development of the Head of School’s objectives.
- Allow parents to use their God-given gifts and resources (especially time) in all areas of school life to improve the quality of school experience for the children at school.
- Support the faculty and staff in practical ways during the year.
- Strengthen this partnership by actively supporting the school’s communication.

Love Offering
Most of us have children at multiple schools, and December and May are always the craziest times of the year. We want to simplify your life and save you some time! A Love Offering is a donation that goes toward Christmas gifts, end of year gifts and staff appreciation for the 54 staff members throughout the school year. PTF Love Offerings can be made via Venmo or cash. Cash offerings should be given to the front desk for the PTF President. The suggested amount is $100, but feel free to donate as much or little as your heart desires. The Love Offering is not required to be a part of PTF-- there is no membership fee.
