Ms. Woodson

Donna Woodson teaches first grade. Her greatest joy in life is teaching children to read. After years of watching students struggle to read, she applied to GRACEPOINT and earned her Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator Level certificate. She is enjoying her second year at GRACEPOINT.

 

Ms. Woodson holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. She has taught every grade except second, third, and fifth grade, with a focus on Kindergarten.

 

Ms. Woodson was born in Alabama. ROLL TIDE!!!! She has three daughters, one son, two son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, and six grandchildren. She loves college football, decorating homes, baking, and spending time with the kids and grandchildren! Her favorite scripture is Psalm 138:8, "The Lord will perfect that which concerns me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever."
