Mrs. Brabbs

Lisa Brabbs is excited to begin her fifth year at GRACEPOINT School as a 2nd-grade teacher.  A Michigan native, Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science, in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's of Arts in Learning Disabilities from Madonna University.  She is also a certified Orton-Gillingham Classroom Educator. Before moving to Georgia in 2017, Lisa taught in public and private settings in California, Michigan, and Florida; including 2^nd-5^th grade in a Resource Room, for students with learning difficulties and in a 2nd-grade Regular Education classroom.  

Lisa and her husband, Rick, have been married for 28 years and are the proud parents of three: Kylie, Logan, and Makenna.  They are also the proud grandparents of Eira.  Lisa looks forward to another wonderful year with the amazing students of GRACEPOINT School.
